Warsaw is a city situated in the centre of Europe which fascinates visitors with its history, monuments and atmosphere.

Warsaw is also the largest scientific and cultural center of Poland and hosts the most important exhibitions and events of the country, including international festivals and competitions, such as:

  • The Warsaw Autumn international festival of contemporary music
  • The Jazz Jamboree
  • The Warsaw Summer Jazz Days

There are many places worth seeing in our city. During your stay in Warsaw, make sure not to miss the following highlights:

The Old Town with its famous Royal Square is a place where you can enjoy walks through the narrow streets, historical churches, tenement houses and art galleries. If you want to take refuge from tourist crowds, we recommend a stroll to the Vistula River – an excellent place for sunbathing or a picnic.

The Royal Castle was built in the16th and 17th centuries, destroyed during World War II and rebuilt in the 1970s and 1980s. Its priceless, early Baroque royal interiors are a must-see, as is the castle museum with its permanent exhibitions, such as the gallery of decorative art, the numismatic cabinet, the Lanckoronski gallery, and its interesting temporary exhibitions.
Today the Royal Castle performs a representative function and serves as a venue for state ceremonies and national cultural events.

The royal Łazienki Park & its palaces host many cultural events, such as the unforgettable open-air piano concerts at the Fryderyk Chopin memorial. The large (around 80 hectares) and beautiful park boasts many palaces, monuments, peacocks and a small lake where visitors can make a boat trip with boats resembling Venetian gondolas.

For more information see:

Wilanów Palace, palace grounds and gardens with an award-winning museum, where you can admire a gallery of Polish portraits and royal apartments. Situated slightly off the main track and the neuralgic points of the city, the Wilanów Palace has survived the course of time and the big wars almost unscathed so that today you can admire this wonderful Baroque royal residence in its original state. The old, beautiful gardens are perfect for pleasant walks. It is no wonder that every year, the park attracts a large number of tourists from all over the world.

For more information see:

Żelazowa Wola – the place where Fryderyk Chopin was born, located at a distance of 40 km from Warsaw’s city center.

Many of Warsaw’s palaces, churches, monuments, buildings and architectural complexes suffered heavy damage during World War II, but later they were reconstructed and have been declared world heritage sites by the UNESCO.

Active Leisure

The city of Warsaw offers its visitors plenty of opportunities for enjoying active leisure, for example playing tennis or squash, doing water sports, horse-riding, cycling or climbing. In the vicinity of Warsaw there are numerous sports facilities such as golf courses, swimming pools and modern aqua-parks. All year round, ski enthusiasts can enjoy a ski slope covered with a special synthetic surface and equipped with a T-bar lift in Szczęśliwice Park. In winter, a visit to the artificial skating rink in Stegny is great fun for people who love outdoor activities.
Warsaw is not only a pulsating urban area, but also offers large areas of greenery, such as the above-mentioned Łazienki park and Bielański park. The city’s bike paths guide cyclists along the Vistula River to such wonderful places as the Kampinos primeval forest or Powsin Park, which is known for its beautiful, unique botanical garden.

Hotel Garden

The hotel’s biggest attraction with respect to recreation and relaxation is the charming garden in the courtyard located on the first level. It is an oasis of silence and tranquility in the heart of the buzzing city.
During the summer season, 24-hour room service is available in the garden, which makes this serene place an uncommon alternative setting for enjoying fine continental cuisine and local specialties, with attentive and personal service that makes you feel like a very special guest - which you are indeed!

Get away from it all in the hotel courtyard garden. Unwind with a quiet drink and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere amidst soft and soothing of greenery and colorful flowers.
