Terms
Room Reservation
- Reservations may be modified or cancelled without penalty by 12:00 noon on the day of arrival. Thereafter, the first night’s accommodation will be charged.
- We kindly ask guests to provide us with their credit card details in advance.
- Guests shall settle their invoice directly at the hotel upon departure.
- Our rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 12 noon on the day of departure.
Conference & Banquet Reservation
- The hotel accepts cash, credit cards and bank transfers as a method of payment.
- Payment for the hotel’s services will be confirmed in writing.
- If paying by bank transfer, payment is required no later than 14 days after the event. Foreign clients must remit payment no later than 14 days prior to the event and fax a copy of the payment document to the hotel.
- The invoice will be delivered by mail.
Terms of cancellation:
For orders cancelled with less than
- from 11 till 21 days’ notice prior to the event date, the hotel will charge 30% of the event value
- from 3 till 10 days’ notice, an equivalent of 50% of the event value will be charged
- less than 2 days’ notice, 75% of the event value will become payable.
